- CAER EYE CLINIC - $30 per Dog.
- Registration includes CAER form. Bring AKC registration and permanent identification information. Permanent ID is not required unless you want AKC pedigrees to include tests to have a verified permanent ID indicator (VPID).
- MICROCHIP CLINIC - $25 per Dog.
