ATTENTION TO THOSE PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
Tables:
- The person organizing the table needs to collect ALL checks before submitting them to the Treasurer. There should be 10 people seated at each table. All checks should be made payable to SCA 2023 National
- A form must be completed and submitted on-line listing the organizer of the table and all ten meals ordered for the table. A copy of this goes to the banquet coordinator so your meals can be reserved.
- A copy of your table registration listing the meals ordered must accompany the checks that you send to the Treasurer. The Treasurer will communicate with the Banquet Coordinator letting her know that you have paid.
- All meal tickets will be picked up in the Registration Area on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by the table organizer, who will disseminate the tickets to those seated at their table. Please bring the names and cell phone numbers of those seated at your table so that you can easily reach them to give them their tickets.
Individuals paying by check or money order for Open Seating:
1. You must register on-line indicating your meal choices. A copy of this goes to the banquet coordinator to reserve your meals.
2. Mail a copy of your registration page with your check to the Treasurer. All checks should be made payable to SCA 2023 National. The Treasurer will communicate with the Banquet Coordinator letting her know that you have paid.
3. Your meal tickets can be picked up in the Registration area on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
